Dogs were our first guardians. Now they’re family, and family shouldn’t take the risk.
Biscuit is a portable, battery-powered AI home guardian, shaped like the animal that has been doing this job for as long as there have been homes.
No account. No spam. We’ll write when there’s something real to show you.
What Biscuit does
It behaves like a dog, because that’s the part that works.
-
It knows your people
The household walks in and nothing happens. That’s the point: a guardian that cries wolf gets ignored, and an ignored alarm protects no one.
-
It speaks up, then gets louder.
A stranger at the door gets a growl. Stay, and it’s a bark. Keep pushing, and a siren nobody in the building will ignore. Most trouble leaves long before the last step.
-
It tells you, not everyone
You get a heads-up on your phone with enough to decide what to do next, without a 24/7 feed of your home sitting on somebody else’s server.
-
It goes where you go
Battery powered and light enough to carry. Set it by the door tonight, take it to the rental next weekend. No wiring, no drilling, no landlord conversation.
The promise
Your face lives on the device and nowhere else, ever.
A guardian you have to be suspicious of isn’t a guardian. So we built the boring version: the recognition happens on the thing sitting in your hallway.
-
On the device
Biscuit learns your household on its own hardware. There is no database of your face on our end, because we never receive one.
-
Nothing to sell
No ad tech, no data brokers, no partners. We sell a device. We do not sell you.
-
Yours to erase
The faces Biscuit knows are yours to add and yours to wipe. Reset it and what it learned about your people is gone.
Anywhere you sleep
Homes that can’t have a dog still deserve one.
Not everyone is allowed to keep an animal, and nobody should have to bolt a security system into a place they don’t own. Biscuit unplugs and comes with you.
Already have a dog? Good. Biscuit works the shift your dog sleeps through.

Free means free.
You will never pay us to be told.
When Biscuit sees something, your phone hears about it. That stays free for the life of the device. No subscription, no paywall on the one thing you bought it for. Paid plans add extras later. Protection is never the upsell.
-
Guards without WiFi.
Growl, bark, siren, and recording all run on the device.
-
Alerts ride any connection.
The heads-up goes out over whatever network Biscuit can reach, and waits if it can’t.

Straight answers
Questions people actually ask.
What happens if someone tries to steal my Biscuit?
The siren goes off, your phone gets the alert, and Biscuit grabs a burst of photos of whoever picked it up. After that, the thief owns a very loud paperweight: a Biscuit locks itself to its owner and will not set up or run for anyone else.
What if the thief wears a mask?
Then Biscuit doesn’t know them, and that’s the whole point. A mask defeats face recognition. It does nothing about the growl, the bark, the siren, the alert, or the photos. Unknown is unknown.
Can a stolen Biscuit be reused or resold?
No. It’s tied to its owner. Wiping it doesn’t free it. A stolen Biscuit is worth nothing to the person holding it, and we’d like every thief to know that.
Do notifications really stay free forever? What does free include?
Yes. Every alert Biscuit sends to your phone is free, forever, on every unit we make. Growl, bark, siren, and recording never needed a subscription in the first place. Paid plans add extras. Protection is never the upsell.
What happens during a power outage? What if my WiFi goes down?
Biscuit is on battery, so it keeps sensing, deterring, and recording while the plugged-in stuff goes dark. The alert to your phone needs a connection, so it waits and sends the moment one comes back. If you want alerts to survive an outage too, a small battery backup for your router is a cheap fix plenty of people already use.
Does Biscuit work when I travel? Is hotel or rental WiFi safe for my data?
It works anywhere you set it down. Whose WiFi you’re on changes where your alerts travel. It never changes where your face lives: that’s on the device, and nowhere else, ever.
Where is my face data stored? Can anyone at the company see it?
On the device. Nobody here can see it because we never receive it. There’s no copy on a server to leak, subpoena, or sell. That isn’t a policy we could change later. It’s how the thing is built.
What does my camera do when the WiFi’s down and someone’s on the porch?
Most cameras wait for the cloud. Biscuit doesn’t. It growls, barks, sirens, and records on its own, then tells you about it the moment it can reach your phone.
Can I buy one today?
No. Biscuit is in development and patent pending. The early list is how you find out the moment that changes. We’d rather tell you late than promise you a date we can’t keep.
Is this supposed to replace a real dog?
Not even a little. A real dog is better company than anything with a battery in it. Biscuit isn’t there to replace your dog. It’s there to take the night shift so your dog doesn’t have to, and to keep an eye on your dog, too. And if you can’t have one, because of the lease, the allergy, the hours, or the travel, Biscuit still watches the door.
For every Biscuit sold, $2 goes to shelter dogs still waiting for a guardian of their own.
